The townhouse is a 3 story 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom place. There is a 2 car garage on the bottom floor. I have a spot and there is an available one. My bedroom and bathroom is on that floor. The second floor is the shared common space with the kitchen, dining room, laundry (attatched to kitchen), balcony, living room, and bathroom. The third floor has two bedrooms (including the master bedroom), each with their own bathroom. They are directly across from each other. The entire top floor would be yours. The SDG&E, water, and internet is seperate from the listed price. That will be split between us.
